If, for any reason, customer is not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite to review our policy on Cancellation, Return and Replacement. The following terms are applicable for any products that customer purchased with us.
Customer is allowed to cancel order within 48 hours from purchase if the product is not shipped. We will reimburse customers no later than 5 to 7 days from the day on which order is requested to cancel.
• If customer missed the chance to cancel the order, they can always set up a return or exchange once it arrives.
• Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from customer refunded amount) in cases of buyer’s remorse reasons, such as; Order My Mistake / An item did not fit / Did not like the Quality or Color / Changed Mind / Product ordered by Mistake / Other buyer’s remorse reasons / Did not understand website description
• You can return most items for a refund/exchange within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply.
• If the product is returned due to the wrong address provided by the customer, Decorsify does not have any responsibility for wrong address entries coming from its customers.
• If customer received the wrong product, then customer has an option to return the product for the full refund.
Deduction of Shipping Cost for Buyers Remorse Reason
Following are the percentages that applied on sales for shipping deduction (Category - Sizes - %)
Rug - Large - 22% / Rug - Medium - 23% / Rug - Small - 17% / Furniture - Standard - 22%
Conditions for Returns
For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
1. The Goods were received in the last 30 days.
2. The Goods are in the original packaging.
3. Damaged Claimed is not acceptable after 7 days from receiving product.
Return Due to Damage/ Defective Product
However, if item is damaged or defective or some parts of Furniture is missing, , we will make it right by:
• Provide replacement parts.
• Replacing the product or issue a Full Refund
• We will pay for the Return Shipping cost
Please Note that if you received a Damaged/Defective item please report us within 7 days of the delivery. Afterwards we will not be responsible for the claim. We will refund the cost of the shipping charges if the return is a result of our error, defective or damaged product. Note: Please note that we want our customers to provide visual evidence for damage or manufacturing defect-oriented returns.
If customer like to replace an item with a different color, different size, or different product altogether, we are happy to help with that as well. But shipping cost to replace an item will apply.
Note: If you have not received your product on your delivery date, please contact us within 5 Days via firstname.lastname@example.org.
For Rug - If customer find any Manufacturing defect with our Rug for a period of one year from the original date of purchase, we will replace the product with a new one or give customer full refund.
However, below conditions are not applicable for the warranty claim. This warranty excludes the surging and binding on the rug. Excessive force (e.g., vacuum with beater bar catching and pulling the binding, clips used to hang rugs, etc.) applied to the binding can cause separation behind the binding, which is not a warranted manufacturing defect. If, within the warranted period, the rugs are determined to be defective, Decorsify liability will be limited to the actual cost of the rug or replacement of an identical rug or rug of equal value. Decorsify reserves the right to require verification that the carpet or rug is covered by an applicable warranty, including requiring the original receipt for proof of purchase. Decorsify also reserves the right to inspect any rug for which a warranty claim has been alleged, to determine whether a warranty claim exists. Decorsify shall not be liable for and will not pay consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind whatsoever under this warranty. Some states do not permit exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the exclusion or limitation may not apply. The limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. Except for these rights, the remedies provided state the entire limit of Decorsify responsibilities
For Furniture - If customer find any Manufacturing defect with our sofa and sectional, we will take care of it within 1 years of Purchases.
However, below conditions are not applicable for the warranty claim.
• Worn-out, sagging, or uncomfortable cushions are not covered warranty. This also includes cushions that have lost their shape or resilience.
• Warranty does not claim for peeling, pilling, stains, discoloration, open seams and normal wear and tear.
• Frame and foundation problems: Screeches, sags and wobbly arms that occur over time will not be covered.
• Loose joints on wood case pieces will not be covered.
• Alters or installs the furniture any other way than instructed should not be covered as well.
